Yesterday, two different courts, one in Washington D.C. and one in Texas, ruled on two different Title 42 cases. In the Washington D.C. case, Huisha-Huisa vs DHS, the court found that the government cannot use the public health order to expel people back to countries where they are likely to suffer persecution or torture.
